Neogrid Fashion Link 2017
Automatically identify overstocks and under-stocks.
The system is self-learning, so it will adjust target minimum stock levels and target maximum stock levels automatically every time it is run.
It can start without past sales history and very quickly tune itself based on actual sales data at store/SKU level of detail.
Even if your beginning of season plan is non-existent or poor, it learns very fast based on actual sales experience.
Optimise your response to promotional lift projections, competitive actions which impact your sales, supply problems and other types of disruptive events.
The solution has a built-in rules engine which allows users to tune the way the system performs to more accurately meet their precise needs and priorities.
Reduce significantly staff hours performing non-value-added tasks, allowing your merchandising team to focus more on making the best decisions.

This is our flagship product for store and DC replenishment.
Several things make it unique compared to other options.
Dynamic Replenishment is a cloud based solution, so implementation is faster technically, as well as the solution being more responsive. Automate your decision-making based on real demand with or without statistical forecasting.
Allocations occur up to three times in the life of a season.
Allocations first inject new collections or new assortments into the stores.
Depending on the degree of lift experienced, extra stock may be allocated to meet anticipated promotional lift, rather than run out early before routine replenishment can react.
When approaching the end of a season, if season sell through has not achieved targets, residual stock in the warehouse or DC may be force-allocated out to stores in order be priced to sell and achieve sell through and terminal stock goals.
The business rules engine allows the user to set configuration options to take selected degrees of risk, depending on the data and quality of data available.
Neogrid’s 34 forecasting algorithms predict promotional lift, given specific promotional scenarios and determine the allocations necessary to top up the routine replenishment.
Clearance allocations are determined according to a variety of preferences; for example, determining allocations to ensure that all stores sell out practically together.
Determine the best initial allocations for new products based on the data available.
Retail Analytics & EPOS Data Transmission
Just imagine if your company could electronically collect, consolidate, process and report vital sales and inventory information to better plan sales actions, increase inventory turns, manage promotions and detect opportunities for growth — all through collaboration between brand owners and retailers.

See how and what they have achieved...
A European clothing company -- owing more than 20 brands, with 10.000 stores and employing more than 12.000 employees worldwide -- adapts its replenishment to the current sales trends in stores at SKU level.
They were facing the following challenges :
- Different demand pattern on SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) level for the same style/colour.
- Stores not considering lead time when SKU sells out, with the decision-making often based on feelings and not facts.
And had set goals to:
- Increase availability, speed to market, margins, turnover, and rate of stock turns .
- Gain more insights into sales trends based on actual consumption.
Therefore, with Neogrid Demand-Driven Replenishment, they are now able to:
- Get updates daily/twice, making the reaction time faster for the Distribution Center.
- Set a minimum safety-stock level at stores based on requirements, or increase the level by percentage as needed.
- Plan for an increased demand during seasonal events, even at at DC’s, such as on Black Friday, Christmas, Easter (Stock-Push).
- Increased inventory turnover, improved cashflow with lower inventory level.
- Customised the order frequency for each store and resources are now focusing on improving merchandising in instead of counting stock at stores.
"Within a year, clients experienced an impressive increase of 97% in turnover, with 20% of the brand's “Never-Out-Of-Stock” (NOOS) wholesale turnover coming from DDR".
The same European clothing company has moved to a demand-responsive supply chain with other brands and implemented demand-driven replenishment at franchised retailers, generating the following results:
"To be able to cope with the challenges of our fast-moving industry and maximise our competitiveness, it's essential having a solid and flexible technology partner on our side".
